Obviously this resulted in a coarser crush - but it coincided with an increased efficiency. So now I do the coarser crush all the time. I got a replacement roller though, so the mill now has one knurled roller and one fluted roller on it, but the grain goes through much quicker and the crush is actually heaps better, very little flour in it now.
